Julian Kuo is a multi-disciplinary performer from Sydney, Australia, working in Opera, Contemporary Music, Cabaret and Musical Theatre. He is also a passionate Arts Educator, working privately, for The Arts Unit, The Australian Performing Arts Grammar School, and The Academy of Music and Performing Arts, amongst others.

Kuo holds a Bachelor of Music (B.Mus) majoring in Musical Theatre from The Australian Institute of Music (AIM), graduating in 2010.

Independent stage credits include; Spring Awakening (dir. Mitchell Butel) for ATYP, Bernado in West Side Story (dir. Craig Stewart) for Packemin Productions and Craig McDermott in American Psycho (dir. Alexander Berlage) for BB Arts and Two Door Productions. Main Stage credits include; Margaret Mead in HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical (dir. Cameron Menzies) for David M. Hawkins, and he is currently appearing in The Australian Production of the Broadway Blockbuster, HAMILTON: An American Musical (dir. Thomas Kail) for Michael Cassel Group, and has been with the production since the Original Australian Company was formed in 2021.

Julian is a proud member of MEAA, and currently sits as an elected member of the National Performers Committee (NPC).
