Over 25 years we have developed strong relationships and partnerships with management companies & agencies worldwide which has laid a path for our clients to find international success.

An accomplished professional with a strong background in Marketing and Business, Sonya's journey began working with Children's talent agencies, where she gained valuable experience and eventually established her own talent agency/studio (Fame Talent Management & Studios).

As the Director of Random Management, Sonya has played a crucial role in driving the agency's remarkable success since she joined the team in 2008. With her extensive experience in the industry, she is passionate about nurturing and guiding aspiring talents to reach their full potential.

Her commitment to fostering growth and her dedication to the craft have made her an invaluable asset to the entertainment business. In addition to her role at Random Management, Sonya also serves as the Director of our children's Agency Talent Box and as the CEO/Manager of Meraki Entertainment.
